Eating mindfully is often not something we are taught as children. We were regularly told to finish what's on our plate, the quicker the better!
Why are we in such a rush? One of the greatest pleasures in life is the food we eat!

I seem to always need something to read or watch. Not only is this distracting, it often leads to overeating and under-appreciating the meal itself.
